Admissions Process
Step 1: The Inquiry Form
The first step is to fill out the inquiry form. This provides us with the information we need to make sure we provide you with answers relevant to your particular child(ren). In some cases, families will initially call or email the Director at the school - this is totally fine, of course! But if you would like to move further into the process, we need all the details outlined on the inquiry form.
Step 2: Schedule a Tour
Once we receive your inquiry form, we will contact you to discuss your needs and set up a tour at the school; these visits are typically scheduled for 9:30 AM, Monday – Friday and we host only one family per day at each school. If you are able to visit during that timeframe, it gives you a chance to see BVSA in action, meet the school’s director and teachers, and, if you bring your child, a chance for you to see her or him in our preschool environment.

The timing of your visit is flexible; it can be done before or after you apply. But we strongly recommend that you see the school(s) prior to when you need to make a final decision about enrollment and sign the contract.
Step 3: Enroll In Our Community
As soon as you know you are interested, we invite you to fill out an application form and pay the application fee. Although completion of the application doesn’t guarantee a space, it lets us know you are serious about attending Buena Vista Spanish Academy. We will notify you once a spot becomes available.
Step 4: New Family Orientation
Your family will be invited to attend a 30-minute orientation session with the Director or Assistant Director. During this orientation all enrollment forms and documents will be submitted and tuition, fees will be paid for the first month of enrollment. We will discuss the details of the Parent Handbook, finalize any special care plans for your child (allergies, medication, health concerns, etc.), and answer any additional questions you have. We want your child to be the main focus of the first day of school, not all of the logistics and unanswered questions to consume this exciting day!
